MEADOW RIDGE ACCEPTS ELDERLY WAIVER

We accept Minnesota’s Elderly Care Waiver for approved applicants. With state medical care, you can enjoy an independent lifestyle with assisted living services that meet your individual needs. The elderly waiver is for people 65+ who are eligible for medical assistance and require the level of care provided by a nursing facility. The program provides funds for home and community-based services for seniors with limited financial resources.

IS THERE A INITIAL ASSESSMENT?

Yes, a Nursing Director completes a health assessment to determine the most effective and economical service plan that will define the resident’s needs, schedule of services, and financial obligations.
